Instructions:

  1. Boil Water: Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a pot or kettle.
  2. Add Ingredients: Once the water is boiling, add the dandelion root, peppermint leaves, ginger, and lemon balm.
  3. Simmer: Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes. This allows the flavors and beneficial properties of the herbs to infuse into the water.
  4. Strain: After simmering, strain the tea into your favorite mug.
  5. Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, add a slice of lemon and a drizzle of honey to enhance the flavor.
